Think for a moment how much time your doctor spent with you during your last visit?
10-15 minutes? Most likely most of it was in the waiting room!
In that short period of time your doctor needs to quickly assess your symptoms and prescribing something to make those symptoms disappear.
They simply don’t have the time to asses all of the lifestyle and nutritional factors that got you to where you are today.
Many times, your doctor may prescribe medication that may not be necessary if they had the time to dig a little deeper to discover the cause of the symptoms.
As a Health Coach we will look at ALL factors that are contributing to your current Health & Well-being – Mental, Physical, Spiritual, Social & Financial.
